This policy explains how Zenova Technologies uses cookies and browser storage, and how you can control optional analytics.

Your choice comes first

Google Analytics is optional. Our website does not load the Google tag or send analytics requests before you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not stop you browsing, contacting us or requesting a consultation. Advertising features are disabled in our tag configuration.

What we store

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics property G-HC7CS2JDNE to understand which pages people visit and how the site is used. Google may process cookie identifiers, usage events, browser/device information and approximate location. Our page-view configuration excludes URL query strings and fragments, including request references. We do not intentionally pass form messages, names, email addresses or telephone numbers to Analytics.

Google processes analytics data using its infrastructure, which may involve processing outside the UK. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner websites. Analytics report retention is controlled separately in the Google Analytics account.

Changing or withdrawing consent

Select Cookie settings in any footer, then Reject analytics. We stop this Google Analytics property, attempt to remove its accessible first-party cookies and reload the page to remove the loaded tag. This prevents future collection from this website; it does not delete information already sent to Google. You can also clear cookies and site data through your browser.

If your browser prevents us from saving your choice, it applies to the current page and you may be asked again on another page.

Forms and hosting

Submitting a form takes you to FormSubmit for delivery and its spam check. We do not embed FormSubmit’s tracking or CAPTCHA scripts on these pages. Its own pages and security providers may use cookies; see FormSubmit’s privacy policy. You can contact us directly by phone or email instead.

The hosting platform may use separate security or sign-in technologies, especially when you access a private ChatGPT preview. This table describes the storage configured by Zenova’s website code, rather than a complete inventory of platform cookies.
